While you can use your primary email address to receive back up copies all of SMS messages sent and received on your account, we don’t recommend it. Its best to use a separate email address created for your SMS messaging, as the back up emails can be numerous depending on your use of the app. It can be a distraction to get these emails to your primary email and can potentially create storage issues. 

First, make sure you are checking the correct email address that was provided to ComplyComs for your back ups. Second, make sure the messages are not getting caught up in your SPAM filter or blocked by your SPAM software. You need to whitelist the email address “no.reply@app.complycoms.com”

ComplyComs meets the compliance requirements for many firms and individuals, but you must confirm with your own company, compliance professionals, industry rules and regulations as well as all applicable laws to ensure its meets your compliance needs. 

You are able to sign up directly by clicking the “Get Started Now” button on the top righthand corner above. 

Anyone can download the app but you must first sign up for an account AND be approved by ComplyComs to use the service before you’ll be able to log into the app. 

Yes, you can make outgoing calls that will come from your ComplyComs phone number, and also receive calls on that number.
